Kelly is a beatuiful blonde who has a nice tanned body and very well rounded figure, she stands about 5"2. Her past is not a very pretty one. Her fmaily was killed in a car crash and her parents wee caught in the middle of a shoot between two gangs. She is bitter from the whole experience and who can blame her. She decides to work for an amore truck company, risking her life does not seem so terrible espicially when she feels she has nothing else to lose. As time goes by and her violent experince on the streets dealing with whomever is trying to rob the truck goes on, kelly starts to enjoy risking her life just hoping for someone to put her out of her misery. Her co- workers feel some what the same way as kelly they do not really care all that much about living as they too have lived bad lives or have experienced hardship in their lives.

One day Kelly and her crew are out on a delievery when a few cars attempt to stop the truck. the cars fail to stop the truck, but the sucidal crew inside decide to stop and have a bit of fun with this. All agents get out of the truck and start firing away at the attackers. The crew is just about finish winning the battle and the last of the attackers decide to give up, but a few agents blow the attackers away just for the fact the tried to steal the money. Internal affairs catch wind of this attack upon the truck and investigate the sitatuation. The entire team is put on suspension while the investigation continues. Within a weeks time the crew members confuse to killing the attackers who threw their weapons down. For the rest of the crew is given a pysch evaluation, most of the crew past the test so did Kelly, by of course lying to the theaprist so she can still leave her depressing life style, but an officer from the internal affairs unti who is over looking the investigation is not convince that Kelly and the others are alright to be on the truck. This officer goes by the name Laura. Officer laura has long silky black hair that comes past her soilders, she stands at 5 "6. She is very fit and has a great figure. She pursues after Kelly to try to convince her that she needs help and believes that she go in for another pysch evaluation but Kelly refuses.

Laura must have a good reason for signing Kelly off to have another pysch evalutaion, due to the fact that Kelly past the first one. Laura knows that Kelly lied through that test. Laura visits Kelly at her job while kelly is having lunch. Kelly does not want to talk to Laura so she turns away from Laura to walk away, Laura used this opporuntiy to plant a large hunting knife in Kelly's purse. Laura then went outside to wait for kelly to come out and to have waitness's present so her plan can work the way she wants it to happen. laura made sure she was going to get want she wanted and that was to committ Kelly to a pysch hospital by force, so Laura called for back up to her partner Jen. Jen had red hair and was very attractive as well as Laura. The two of them waited for Kelly to walk up to her car, as soon as they spotted poor Kelly, Laura went right over to Kelly's purse and pulled out the hunting knife. Kelly was shocked to see that object being pulled out of her purse. She protasted that the knife was not hers, but the two officers did not care what she had to say.

Jen held Kelly while Laura went back to the police van, she pulled out a green collared posey strait jacket and headed back over to the soon to be patient. Jen got Kelly's arms ready to be put into the strait jacket. Laura slipped on the jacket onto Kelly's arms and pulled the jacket back so that Kelly was in the jacket. Laura had plan this captured carefully she even made sure the jacket size was going to be the right fit, meaning it was going to be very snug on Kelly no loose ends. As laura began to buckle the straps Kelly was crying out that she was not insane and did not need the help. Jen held her tightly as laura continued to tighten the straps. Kelly fought hard and long but it was no use. Strap after strap was tighten until Laura got to the crotch strap. laura warned Kelly that this strap is going to be tight and very snug down between her legs. Kelly cried out that Jen and Laura were both lesbians and were getting a sck pleasure from this encounter. Laura proceded to pulling the strap through Kelly's legs as she buckled the strap and making this strap very secure Kelly kept on trying to get away from her captures. Now it was time for her arms to be starpped into place. Jen helped push one arm trought the front loop and the loop on the side of the jacket, once both arms were in place Laura pulled the strap through the buckle and tighten it. Finally the strait jacket was on and it was very snug on poor Kelly. She helplessness tried to get out of the jacket but it was impossible. The jacket was a perfect fit on her. Kelly could not even move her arms side to side. The jacket was indeed strapped on very tightly. Next Laura put a gag on Kelly to silence her insults and from Kelly trying to bite the officers. The gag was the one like hanniable lecture was in.

As the two officers dragged poor Kelly to the car Kelly could not think of anything more but revenge for being entrapped with a weapon that she did not carry in her pocket book. She could not believe that this was happening to her and wish she had done something to prevent this, maybe like double checking her purse before leaving work, but how could she of known she was going to be frammed for carrying an illegal weapon. The two officers strapped Kelly into the back seat of the police van and rove her off to the hospital, where Kelly was put into a small padded cell and was to wiat their until she saw the doctor. As the two officers left they knew they had done a great job on entrapping Kelly and realizes that there are other memebers of her crew still out there on the streets very distrubed and these people must be captured and brought into observation at the hospital. Laura and Jen decide maybe being officers for the internal affairs office is not for them, maybe they should be ordilies so that they can go out into the world and bring all the sick troubled people into the hospitals to get the much needed help they need, but first they must find the other members of Kelly's crew and bring them into observation.
